In early January 2022, I thought I had Covid because I had a sore throat. I tried to get tested and asked for a Fluvoxamine prescription from North Country, but got NOTHING but stress and aggravation. Fortunately, I didn’t have Covid according to an antibody test.
I once again did a lot of research and found that Povidone-Iodine is fantastic for prevention and early treatment as per countless studies.

Abstract
SARS- CoV-2 or novel coronavirus enters in human body through nose and mouth, stays there for a while. Then binds with ACE2 receptor, enters inside cell, multiply there and manifests. Again, Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone or Povidone Iodine (PVP-I) is a strong microbicidal agent having 99.99% virucidal efficacy in its only 0.23% concentration, irrespective of all known viruses, even in SARS- CoV-2 (in vitro). An oro-nasal spray is designed to apply the PVP-I in nose and oral cavity to gain a protective layer or coating over nasal and oral mucosa, so that SARS-CoV-2 can’t bind with the ACE-2 receptor and prevent their entry inside. So, it will be effective for prevention of COVID-19. Moreover, as PVP-I has the ability for destruction of SARS-CoV-2, transmission of SARS- CoV-2 from patient will be reduced also. Thus PVP-I oro-nasal spray can act as an effective shield for COVID-19 protection for healthcare workers, for all.…
Conclusion
PPE, mask, hand sanitization or vaccines nothing proved 100% effective for COVID-19 prevention still now. PVP-I oro-nasal spray is an easy tool or way for COVID-19 prevention and reduction of SARS-CoV-2 transmissibility. I recommend here, this oro-nasal spray should be used as an adjunct to PPE, mask or vaccine. Any person, policy maker, local or central government could adopt this safe, cheap, easily available and effective PVP-I Oro-Nasal spray as an additional shield of their COVID-19 protection and thus minimize the COVID burden.
If you have any doubts about using Povidone Iodine I highly recommend reading the entire article and doing some more research on the web, there are so many studies from all over the world.
Of course, don’t take it if you are allergic to iodine or have certain conditions.
It’s not so good for treatment AFTER symptoms.

Conclusions: Saline and low concentration PVP-I nasal sprays are well tolerated. Similar reductions in SARS-CoV-2 NP viral load were seen over time in all groups. All treatment groups showed improvement in olfaction over 30 days. These data suggest that dilute versions of PVP-I nasal spray are safe for topical use in the nasal cavity, but that PVP-I does not demonstrate virucidal activity in COVID-19 positive outpatients.
WHY did the government and healthcare providers FAIL to ensure that we all have access to LOCAL immediate testing AND treatment options like fluvoxamine for anyone who might have been exposed BEFORE symptoms and tests?
THAT is how it’s DONE!
Instead, North Country offered NOTHING but a virtual appointment a few weeks later UNLESS I called them at 7 am for an emergency appointment. When I get only 3 hours of sleep I’m a zombie and the chances of causing an accident on the 120-mile round trip are huge, and even worse since I wasn’t feeling well. I was 63 years old, but my biological age was 69 years according to Inside Tracker. NOBODY should be going to Kingman when they might have Covid! Especially not old people who are already sick.
One of my neighbors got Covid bad last fall, still has problems, and he thinks he got it when he went to Kingman to get vaccinated.
I’ve taken Quercetin, Vit. D, Vit. C and more even before Covid.
We had YEARS to improve the immune system of the population and NOTHING was done.
It’s been a massacre and nobody is prosecuted.
The HIGH cost of Povidone Iodine NASAL SPRAY
In January I ordered a pack of 4 sprayers since I often host volunteers and I was NOT going to waste my money on these TINY nasal sprays costing a small fortune. So, I ordered 8 oz of Betadine Sore Throat Gargle, but it only has .5% providone-iodine.
Use Sore Throat Gargle as nasal spray?
I sure wish they would have told us WHY you can’t use it as nasal spray!
Can someone enlighten me?
If you can put it in your mouth, why not spray it in your nose?
This is one of the lowest-cost nasal sprays I could find, $20/oz.
Most others are more like $50/oz while we SHOULD be able to buy 8 oz bottles for $8, just like the gargle.
It looks to me like a giant FRAUD.
Fauci and all the other imbeciles in charge of Covid ought to be tried like war criminals for their GENOCIDE against the disadvantaged:
The poor, the old, the ill, the uneducated, gullible, brain-damaged, …
I’ll just use the gargle unless someone can explain to me WHY I shouldn’t.
My brain damage in action
Yesterday I learned that my part-time neighbor died in November after staying at the Riverside casino for 10 days. He was going to come out for a few days afterward, but didn’t feel well, had trouble breathing, and died a couple of days later. I don’t think they had an official diagnosis, but he likely had Covid.
So many people got Covid now, I decided to FINALLY try the nasal spray.
I had also ordered 8 oz. of the BROWN colored Betadine antiseptic with 10% providone-iodine antiseptic and I just now, as I’m writing the post and looked at all the ingredients, realize that it’s a much higher concentration, I was thinking 1%, double of .5%. I used to be so good with numbers, my forte.
Now I literally have to take the screenshots or write things down NEXT TO EACH OTHER so I don’t forget and get confused. Scary. And there’s NO help whatsoever.
Of course, I was well by the time my orders in January arrived and the two bottles went into storage as it seemed like Covid cases were going down and I was busy and ultra stressed writing my complaint.
How my brain damage affects my decision-making while stressed.
Not only did I order that brown stuff with way too much iodine, but I even put it into the sprayer this morning, tried it and that was not good. Probably ruined one of my few clean shirts, brain damage in action! WTF was I thinking? Somehow, my brain saw the brown color, but just didn’t compute.
Then I got a seriously runny nose for at least 15 minutes, and of course, there’s all that brown stuff …
So, tomorrow I’ll try the gargle if I don’t forget. Maybe tonight if I meet any people. I hugged my neighbor yesterday when she told me that her husband had died and shook hands with the daughter. Again, the impulse is bigger than my brain.
UPDATE 5/28/22: When I poured the gargle into the spray bottle, I saw that it was brown too. However, as I’m going to run some errands now, I used it and it’s very lightly colored, makes no mess at all, no sneezing or runny nose, so that’s what I’ll try to do for a while when I go out (a couple of times a week to get mail) and definitely when I go to town. Unless someone has a reasonable explanation why I shouldn’t. If there’s an issue, it must be with the inactive ingredients. I think?
I used to take some extra vitamin C when I went shopping but forgot the last few months. Even stopped wearing a mask for a few weeks until cases went up again. At the vet and stores in Kingman last week I was one of very few with a mask. Q rules Mohave County.
I’m glad I wrote all this down now so I don’t have to do that research for the umpteenth time.
