8/25/22 9 pm: I have not heard from the County Attorney’s Office and I still don’t know whether Elliot is dead or alive. Today I found out on Facebook that he is no longer anywhere along Stockton Hill Rd.
Did they FINALLY pick Elliot up for evaluation? Or did he walk away from Stockton Hill Rd into the desert and die?
Here is my “civil rights” complaint submitted to the Arizona Attorney General.
I’m NOT holding my breath, but maybe they’ll surprise me.
OOPS. Looking at the screenshot of my complaint, I saw that they wanted me to list other agencies I contacted regarding my complaint and I forgot that I DID file a complaint with the Arizona State Board of Nursing against Paula Brungardt, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, the Southwest nurse who rejected my Application. I doubt it’s relevant as I did not even mention her, but, for the record.
8/28/22: And another OOPS: I don’t think Judge Kenneth Gregory knew that the County Attorney’s Office had already rejected my requests for assistance. I must have deleted that section when my motion exceeded 17 pages and I needed to file as my brain was fried. Badly. I need a break to recover, my brain is not well, too much stress, not enough sleep and I still don’t know where Elliot is and whether he is alive.
9/1/22: On Tuesday I received a call from Pamela, advising that they will NOT investigate anything and that I need to complain with the Department of Justice? Isn’t the attorney general the head of the justice department?
What the FFFF!!!!!
I’m spitting nails. Wasted my time submitting a complaint to the Ombudsman, which I expected to be a giant waste of time as they advised today.
This shitshow continues, I just sent a web submission to the AG’s office:
Please advise WHO will accept my complaint regarding the systemic extermination of severely mentally ill homeless by the Mohave County Attorney’s Office and Sheriff’s Office?
Thank you!
Christine Baker
The Mohave County Attorney’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, 911, Crisis Line, KRMC, Southwest Behavioral and superior court judge pro tem Kenneth Gregory all refused to assist homeless and gravely ill Elliot.
1) According to Facebook comments, Elliot is no longer out in the desert where he was sitting for weeks, but County Attorney Matt Smith refuses to tell me where and how Elliot is. I don’t even know whether he is still alive!
PLEASE immediately advise WHERE and HOW Elliot is.
Is Elliot alive? Or did he wander out into the desert and die? Should I call search and rescue?
MY name is on the notarized Title 36-524 application.
I have NOT received any communications from the County Attorney’s Office in response to my request for answers from County Attorney Smith 2 days ago.

I’ll gladly provide the audio recordings of staff refusing to assist Elliot and hanging up on me.
2) Please STOP the systemic extermination of the mentally ill homeless in Mohave County.
In addition to the transcript and audio of my 8/4/22 call with deputy Rider, I have at least one other recording with a deputy who lectured me on Elliot’s civil rights instead of helping him.
On Saturday 8/6/22 River Medical was supposed to pick up Elliot, but I found out on Sunday that he was STILL out there. What happened?
Others posted on Facebook that they also called 911 and of course, these calls are recorded and presumable my calls to Crisis Line were also recorded.
How many other mentally ill homeless have been refused assistance?
Did anyone request help for the unidentified man who died in the desert just 9 miles from Elliot according to the 7/23/22 Sheriff’s Report?
How many died because Sheriff Schuster and County Attorney Smith categorically refused to assist the mentally ill?
Sheriff Schuster and county attorneys Smith and Esplin should be put on leave IMMEDIATELY as they maliciously refused to comply with Title 36.
Was it appropriate for judge Kenneth Gregory to refuse assistance and to direct me to the County Attorney’s Office KNOWING that they had already refused to assist Elliot?
“… If Plaintiff believes Southwest has not acted in good faith in following Title 36 requirements, the Court encourages her to report the matter to the Mohave County Attorney-Civil Division, and to seek legal advice if she intends to file a separate action with this Court.”
Who will provide free competent legal advice?
Kingman Regional Medical Center REFUSED to accept my 36-524 Application categorically and Southwest Behavioral REJECTED my Application in violation of Title 36.
Mohave County is a very poor county with a very long and extensive history of corruption.
We need oversight from OUTSIDE Mohave County.
*** Employees must be retrained or replaced to ensure compliance with Title 36.
Likely THOUSANDS of government dollars were wasted on salaries and wellness checks, only to leave Elliot in the desert to die. One of many reasons why Mohave County is so poor.
*** A Mohave County Guide to Title 36 must be created and clearly explain the various agencies’ obligations as well as where and how to easily submit complaints for failures to comply.
3) I need to be compensated.
I suffered extraordinary stress and I am now in week FOUR of trying to get help for Elliot because NOBODY did the job THEY get paid for.
I only get $266/month social security, suffered stress-induced brain damage (working memory), and therefore can’t accept employment or get back to consulting as I used to. I am now planning to sell my “forever” home to live in a vehicle until I run out of money and then commit suicide.
I’d rather die right now than end up like Elliot, sitting in the desert waiting for strangers to bring me food and water until I miserably die!
I greatly appreciate your prompt assistance and a thorough investigation.
Most sincerely,
Christine Baker

I wrote in another text box for additional comments:
It is IMPOSSIBLE to unselect your checkboxes and I was unable to find an option for discrimination and failure to enforce, uphold and comply with Arizona law.
Other than that it was a functional form and much preferred to the kind that splits it up in pages, you don’t know whether you can attach docs, what info you need to have ready, etc.
Been thinking about the complaints I filed with government agencies in the past. Could write hundreds of pages about that.
It’s never been fast. Usually, it took months before even minor issues were resolved.
Here’s the screenshot of the AG complaint, click for full size image:
